The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for general warehouse duties, including inventory control, loss prevention, and shipping and receiving documentation. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, efficient, and possess a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee inventory rotation within the warehouse, prepare shipments, stage and verify incoming materials, and operate powered industrial equipment (forklift, hand-crane, pallet jack, shrink wrap machine, etc.).
2. Load and unload goods to and from designated storage areas, such as racks, shelves, or vehicles, in an organized and efficient manner.
3. Notify managers of any major maintenance issues encountered.
4. Use the Timekeeping App accurately to ensure proper time management.
5. Follow safe lifting practices and standard operating procedures.
6. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to prioritize safety.
7. Obtain and maintain forklift certification.

Requirements

1. High school diploma or GED required.
2. Must be a team player.
3. At least 1 year of warehouse and forklift experience.
4. Ability to pass background, motor vehicle, and drug tests.
5. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
6. Ability to operate GPS, electric lifts, hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc.
7. Disciplined, dependable, and resourceful.
8. Excellent customer service skills and professional representation of the company.
