Job summary

All Surfaces Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate at our Naperville, IL branch to support daily warehouse operations, including picking orders, packing, receiving inventory, and maintaining safety and cleanliness.

Schedule is 7am–3:30pm, Monday–Friday, with a pay rate of $20/hour. The role requires lifting up to 75+ lbs and operating standard warehouse equipment in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse or fulfillment experience.
• Ability to lift over 75 lbs.
• Excellent attention to detail with accurate, quality work output.
• Able to organize and prioritize tasks to maximize productivity.
• Forklift certification is a plus or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, stage, and load customer orders.
• Receive inventory and inspect for damage; stock to bin locations.
• Verify orders for accuracy and quality at receiving and shipping.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
• Follow SOPs for shipping/receiving paperwork and electronic systems.
• Support branch in safety, maintenance, and cleanliness of warehouse.
• Organize inventory to meet safety and inventory control standards.
• Ensure pallets are shrink-wrapped, strapped, and banded for storage/transport.
• Clean showroom, bathrooms, and warehouse areas.

Position Summary

We are immediately seeking a Warehouse Associate to support the warehouse operation by fulfilling logistical needs in processing, storing inventory, picking orders, and ensuring orders are going out for deliveries in a timely manner.

Branch: All Tile-CCS in Naperville, IL

Work Schedule: 7am - 3:30pm Monday - Friday

Pay: $20/hr

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, stage, and load customer orders.
• Receive inventory and inspect products for damage, stock products to bin locations.
• Verify orders for accuracy and quality at every stage of receiving and shipping process.
• Operate all equipment necessary for material handling such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other relevant equipment.
• Follow shipping and receiving standard operating procedures (SOP) for both paperwork and electronic systems processes.
• Assist the branch in executing warehouse standards of safety, maintenance, and cleanliness.
• Organize inventory to meet safety, efficiency, and inventory control standards for storage and transport.
• Ensure SOPs for inventory control are followed so pallets are properly shrink-wrapped, strapped, and banded for storage and transport.
• Cleaning, sweeping, and mopping of showroom, bathrooms, and warehouse.

Qualifications

Education & Experiences

• Minimum of 2 years of warehouse and or fulfillment experience or a similar environment.
• Must be able to provide courteous, personal attention to promote individual customer satisfaction.
• Excellent attention to detail with consistent, accurate, and quality work output.
• Must be able to organize and prioritize tasks to maximize productive results.
• Must be able to regularly lift over 75 lbs.

Other Qualifications

• Forklift experience and the ability to obtain forklift certification.
• Experience in the flooring and/or building materials industry is a plus.
• Able to wear work boots and meet the standard of the company's workplace safety.
• Be able to pass a background check and drug test for pre-employment screening.
• Legally permitted to work in the United States.
