Job summary

All Surfaces is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support the warehouse operation by fulfilling logistical needs in processing, storing inventory, picking orders, and ensuring orders are going out for deliveries in a timely manner.

Branch: All Tile - CCS in Indianapolis, IN; Work Schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday-Friday 3:00pm-11:30pm. The role requires forklift experience, the ability to lift heavy items, and strict adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of warehouse and/or fulfillment experience.
• Ability to provide courteous, personal attention to promote customer satisfaction.
• Excellent attention to detail with accurate, quality work output.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to maximize productivity.
• Regularly lift over 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, stage, and load customer orders.
• Receive inventory and inspect products for damage; stock to bin locations.
• Verify orders for accuracy and quality at receiving and shipping.
• Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks as needed.
• Follow SOPs for shipping/receiving paperwork and electronic systems.
• Assist with warehouse safety, maintenance, and cleanliness.
• Organize inventory to meet safety and efficiency standards.
• Ensure pallets are shrink-wrapped, strapped, and banded for transport.

Position Summary

We are immediately seeking a Warehouse Associate to support the warehouse operation by fulfilling logistical needs in processing, storing inventory, picking orders, and ensuring orders are going out for deliveries in a timely manner.

Branch: All Tile - CCS in Indianapolis, IN

Work Schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday-Friday 3:00pm-11:30pm

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, stage, and load customer orders.
• Receive inventory and inspect products for damage, stock products to bin locations.
• Verify orders for accuracy and quality at every stage of receiving and shipping process.
• Operate all equipment necessary for material handling such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other relevant equipment.
• Follow shipping and receiving standard operating procedures (SOP) for both paperwork and electronic systems processes.
• Assist the branch in executing warehouse standards of safety, maintenance, and cleanliness.
• Organize inventory to meet safety, efficiency, and inventory control standards for storage and transport.
• Ensure SOPs for inventory control are followed so pallets are properly shrink-wrapped, strapped, and banded for storage and transport.

Qualifications

Education & Experiences

• Minimum of 2 years of warehouse and or fulfillment experience or a similar environment.
• Must be able to provide courteous, personal attention to promote individual customer satisfaction.
• Excellent attention to detail with consistent, accurate, and quality work output.
• Must be able to organize and prioritize tasks to maximize productive results.
• Must be able to regularly lift over 75 lbs.

Other Qualifications

• Forklift experience and the ability to obtain forklift certification.
• Experience in the flooring and/or building materials industry is a plus.
• Able to wear work boots and meet the standard of the company’s workplace safety.
• Be able to pass a background check and drug test for pre-employment screening.
• Legally permitted to work in the United States.
