Job Details

Reporting to the VP of Supply Chain & Remote Systems, this role manages shipment and tracking processes from fulfillment centers to destinations like residences and care facilities. Responsibilities include monitoring shipments, coordinating with couriers, resolving delivery issues, and ensuring timely delivery, with supervision provided.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track shipments via FedEx, UPS, and others; communicate updates to team and leadership.
• Ensure shipment accuracy and address delivery exceptions.
• Resolve shipment errors and escalate unresolved issues.
• Monitor weather patterns to mitigate delays and notify relevant teams.
• Coordinate with couriers and internal teams for efficient shipping and returns.
• Prepare shipping reports and maintain compliance with privacy and security standards, including HIPAA.
• Handle client shipping requests and ensure positive client experiences.
• Collaborate across departments for operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of shipping experience preferred.
• Experience in healthcare or pharmacy environment is a plus.
• Effective communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities.
• Proficiency in computer software, shipping platforms, and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
