Job summary

Magnolia Plumbing, LLC is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to handle daily receiving, stocking, pulling, and organization of inventory using ServiceTitan. The role supports field technicians and ensures accurate stock records and timely material availability.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable with repetitive tasks, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse, stockroom, or inventory clerk experience preferred.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to use ServiceTitan inventory screens.
• Ability to accurately receive, organize, count, pull, and transfer inventory.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments, verify materials against packing slips and purchase orders, and properly put away stock.
• Pick and stage materials for jobs, projects, and technician truck restocks.
• Perform routine cycle counts of assigned inventory bins and sections.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and properly labeled.
• Identify and report damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect materials.
