Job Description

Pay Rates Starting between: $17.70-$29.25/hour

The purpose of this job is to perform safe, accurate, and timely shipping and receiving procedures in the warehouse.

We seek individuals with skills in the warehouse industry.

1. Comply with all safety policies and procedures
2. Verify, process, package, and ship orders accurately and promptly
3. Receive, unload, and properly store incoming inventory
4. Inspect products for defects and damages
5. Maintain accurate inventory records
6. Assist in maintaining warehouse organization and cleanliness
7. Model behaviors that support the company's purpose; ensure support for guests and team members at the highest level
8. Ensure all activities comply with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
9. Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum two years of warehouse experience required
• Forklift certification required
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Team-oriented mindset
• Ability to understand instructions and execute tasks effectively
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
• Ability to stoop, bend, and reach
• Exposure to various weather conditions, temperatures, and noises
• Warehouse and forklift experience preferred
