Warehouse Associate

Location: PAERE Public Store

Part-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:00am - 5:00pm

Hours: Up to 28 hours/week

Overview

Embark on your journey as a Part-time Warehouse Associate, where you're at the heart of our operations. You'll handle the flow of products entering and leaving the facility and manage inventory for a leader in industrial distribution. This position is based at our branch located at 4921 Pacific Ave, Erie, PA 16506. After onboarding and training, a flexible schedule may be available based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain branch inventory
• Receive, pick, package, ship, and conduct cycle counts of inventory
• Make local deliveries using a company vehicle as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Perform additional duties to ensure branch success

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, capable of operating a company vehicle
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Proficient in computer skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organization, planning, and prioritization skills
• Self-motivated, customer service-oriented, and highly motivated
• Attention to detail with a sense of urgency
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Alignment with core values: ambition, innovation, integrity, teamwork
• Ability to lift, slide, carry, and lower packages weighing 25-50 lbs, up to 75 lbs
• Pass a drug screening (applicable in US, Puerto Rico, Guam)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in receiving, shipping, sorting, or managing inventory
