Job summary

Hire Up Staffing in Midland, TX is hiring Order Pullers for a growing warehouse. You will accurately pick and pull customer orders, pack and prepare them for shipment, receive and stock inventory, and help keep the workspace clean and organized.

This is a full-time position with a starting pay of $17.00 per hour plus DOE. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, with a planned transition to a second shift after hire.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or order pulling experience is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
• Must be willing to transition to a 2nd Shift schedule after being hired full-time.
• Steel-toe shoes or boots are required.
