• Coordinate with customers and freight forwarders for booking and shipment tracking.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels and warehouse accuracy.
• Respond to customer service requests and resolve shipping or logistics issues.
• Support warehouse operations and KPI performance goals.
• Follow all safety, compliance, and company policies.

Job Duties
