Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring for a Warehouse Associate in Union, OH. The role supports warehouse operations including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling to ensure orders are completed safely and accurately. The position requires reliability, punctuality, and a positive team attitude.

Compensation is hourly with a 2nd shift schedule from 5 PM to 3:30 AM. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, and a 401(k) plan.

Responsibilities

• Perform general warehouse and distribution duties.

• Work efficiently as part of a team to meet daily production goals.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
• Ability to safely lift and move materials as required
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 25 pounds.
