Job summary

Grabber-Construction-Products-Inc in Memphis, TN is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team. You will pull orders, coordinate with delivery drivers, and help with shipping, receiving, and inventory control.

You will maintain a clean, safe warehouse, follow OSHA and Grabber safety standards, and support Customer Service and Branch staff. OSHA compliance and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Lift and carry capabilities – 50 lbs.
• Must understand and communicate in English to follow safety instructions and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Pulls assigned orders and ensures accuracy with double-checked items.
• Coordinates with delivery drivers to complete the process.
• Assists in shipping and receiving, loading, and unloading trucks.
• Maintains warehouse organization and inventory accuracy.
• Assist in monthly cycle counts and support Customer Service Reps and Delivery Drivers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Your Role

-Warehouse Associates play a critical role in the success of our business and are essential to ensure smooth and efficient operations of our branches. The target is to ensure customer service excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Pulls assigned orders, has orders double checked for accuracy,
• C oordinates with delivery drivers to complete process.
• Assists in shipping and receiving, loading, and unloading trucks.
• Maintains the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse to ensure accurate inventory.
• Assist in monthly cycle count.
• Responsible for complying with OSHA and Grabber Safety Standards.
• Responsible for monitoring equipment condition and reporting service needs to the Warehouse Manager or Branch Operations Manager.
• Provides support to Customer Service Reps and Delivery Drivers.
• Interacts with customers and Branch staff.
• May be required to deliver products to customers using Grabber vehicle s.
• Performs a ll other duties as assigned.

Minimum Job Qualifications

• Warehouse Experience preferred
• Lift and carry capabilities - 50 lbs .

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Certificate of Operation for Equipment
• Must be able to understand and communicate in English to follow safety instructions, operational procedures, and engage with customers.

Work Conditions

• Warehouse and Outside
• Consistent lifting, must be able to kneel, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Use of warehouse equipment and vehicles, including it-down and stand up lifts
