Job summary

Grabber Construction Products is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our branch operations. You will pull orders, load shipments, assist in shipping and receiving, and coordinate with delivery drivers to ensure accurate, timely fulfillment.

Responsibilities include maintaining warehouse organization, participating in cycle counts, adhering to safety standards, and providing support to customer service and drivers. Prior warehouse experience and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are preferred.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain DOT card upon hire.
• Lift and carry capabilities - 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Pulls assigned orders and ensures accuracy.
• Safely loads orders for delivery and may drive routes.
• Coordinate with delivery drivers to complete the process.
• Assist in shipping and receiving, loading, and unloading trucks.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse and inventory.
• Assist in monthly cycle counts and safety compliance.
• Report equipment needs and monitor condition to be safe.

Your Role

Warehouse Associates play a critical role in the success of our business and are essential to ensure smooth and efficient operations of our branches. The target is to ensure customer service excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities

• -Pulls assigned orders, has orders double checked for accuracy.
• - Safely loads order on vehicle for delivery, safely drives route when needed.
• -May be required to deliver products to customers using Grabber vehicles.
• -C oordinates with delivery drivers to complete process.
• -Assists in shipping and receiving, loading, and unloading trucks.
• -Maintains the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse to ensure accurate inventory.
• -Assist in monthly cycle count.
• -Responsible for complying with OSHA and Grabber Safety Standards.
• -Responsible for monitoring equipment condition and reporting service needs to the Warehouse Manager or Branch Operations Manager.
• -Provides support to Customer Service Reps and Delivery Drivers.
• -Interacts with customers and Branch staff.
• -Performs a ll other duties as assigned.

Minimum Job Qualifications

• -Warehouse Experience preferred

• -Must be able to understand and communicate in English to follow safety instructions, operational procedures, and engage with customers.
