Job summary

Grabber Construction Products in Memphis, TN is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support operations across receiving, shipping and deliveries. You will pull orders, coordinate with drivers, and help maintain inventory accuracy while upholding safety standards.

This role requires basic forklift operation certification, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and clear English communication to follow safety instructions and engage with customers.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to understand and communicate in English to follow safety instructions, operational procedures, and engage with customers.

Responsibilities

• Pulls assigned orders and ensures accuracy.
• Coordinates with delivery drivers to complete process.
• Assists in shipping and receiving, loading, and unloading trucks.
• Maintains the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse to ensure accurate inventory.
• Assist in monthly cycle count.
• Complies with OSHA and Grabber Safety Standards.
• Monitors equipment condition and reports service needs to the Warehouse Manager or Branch Operations Manager.
• Provides support to Customer Service Reps and Delivery Drivers.
• Interacts with customers and Branch staff.
• May be required to deliver products to customers using Grabber vehicles.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Your Role

Warehouse Associates play a critical role in the success of our business and are essential to ensure smooth and efficient operations of our branches. The target is to ensure customer service excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Pulls assigned orders, has orders double checked for accuracy.
• Coordinates with delivery drivers to complete process.
• Assists in shipping and receiving, loading, and unloading trucks.
• Maintains the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse to ensure accurate inventory.
• Assist in monthly cycle count.
• Responsible for complying with OSHA and Grabber Safety Standards.
• Responsible for monitoring equipment condition and reporting service needs to the Warehouse Manager or Branch Operations Manager.
• Provides support to Customer Service Reps and Delivery Drivers.
• Interacts with customers and Branch staff.
• May be required to deliver products to customers using Grabber vehicle s.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Work Conditions

• Consistent lifting, must be able to kneel, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs.
