Capstone in Maquoketa, IA is seeking a Warehouse Associate for 1st shift (5:30am–Finish, Mon-Fri). You will perform varied warehouse duties including loading, unloading, and material handling, with a strong emphasis on safety and accuracy.

The position offers a weekly pay of $680.00, benefits after 60 days, and opportunities to travel to other Capstone sites while growing within the company. Physical work and a fast-paced environment are expected.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically capable of lifting 25-75 lbs and standing for long periods.
• Prior warehouse or equipment experience is preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods as needed.
• Select, palletize, audit, repack, sort and move items.
• Keep restrooms, office spaces, guard shack and maintenance shop clean; some outdoor access.

MAQUOKETA IA
1st shift: 5:30am-Finish
Monday-Friday

Pay: $680.00 / Weekly

The shift can begin anytime between 5:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m., so I am open to whatever start time works best for you.

The position includes cleaning the restrooms and office spaces throughout the warehouse. You will also be responsible for cleaning the guard shack and maintenance shop, which require walking outside to access.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
