Job summary

Capstone is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Coralville, IA to join a high‑performance team. You will perform loading, unloading, selecting, palletizing and related duties in a fast-paced environment.

You should be physically able to lift 25–75 lbs and work Mon-Fri, with early starts; prior warehouse experience is helpful but training is available. Capstone offers weekly pay, benefits after 60 days, career growth, travel opportunities, paid training, and safety incentives as part of a nationwide

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading goods.
• Selecting and palletizing items.
• Auditing and repacking as needed.
• Sorting, cleaning, and general housekeeping.
• Other duties as assigned by site leadership.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
