Job summary

Capstone is seeking a Warehouse Associate for Baraboo, WI on 1st shift (6:00AM-Finish), Monday-Friday. You will perform a variety of warehouse tasks including loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, and housekeeping to keep operations running smoothly.

This role is fast-paced and physical; you must be able to lift 25-75 lbs. Prior warehouse experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic.
• Able to lift 25-75 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods.
• Select and palletize items for shipment.
• Haul freight as needed and perform audits.
• Repack, sort, and maintain clean work areas.
• Assist with housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
