Job summary

NORTHEASTER SUPPLY INC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to accurately receive, store, and process shipments. You will pick, scan, and stage orders for pickup and delivery, while maintaining safety and inventory controls.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, willingness to learn, and forklift certification (or willingness to obtain). You must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for up to 8 hours in varying conditions.

  • Willingness to learn; warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
  • Forklift certification required (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for up to 8 hours.
  • Able to work in variable indoor/outdoor temperature conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Fulfill orders; pull, pack, and stage for delivery or pickup.
  • Receive shipments; log into inventory; conduct audits; process returns.
  • Follow safety policies; identify and report hazards; enforce safety procedures.
  • Operate forklift and order picker safely and maintain certifications.
  • Maintain equipment checks; report discrepancies to supervisor.
