Job summary

7N is seeking a Warehouse Operations Associate to perform day‑to‑day warehouse activities including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory movement. The role is cross‑trained to support operational efficiency and timely fulfillment, while ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance with ISO 13485 and QMS procedures.

Responsibilities include ERP-based tasks, inventory control, cycle counts, and maintaining a safe, organized warehouse environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in warehouse environments and adherence to procedures.
  • Ability to follow ISO 13485, FDA QMSR, and internal COMPANY procedures.
  • Strong documentation and ERP data-entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Perform order picking using ERP-generated pick lists with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Pack and prepare customer orders according to COMPANY packaging, labeling, and documentation requirements.
  • Process outbound shipments using approved carriers and systems (UPS, FedEx, etc.).
  • Receive inbound shipments, verify quantities, inspect for damage, and complete receiving documentation.
  • Stock inventory in designated locations following FIFO and location-control requirements.
  • Support cycle counts, physical inventory, and discrepancy investigations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Assist with general material handling, replenishment, and warehouse organization tasks.
  • Ensure all warehouse activities comply with ISO 13485, FDA QMSR, and internal COMPANY procedures.
  • Complete required documentation accurately and in real time (ERP entries, receiving logs, shipping confirmations).
  • Report damaged goods, discrepancies, or nonconforming materials immediately.
  • Follow all safety guidelines, PPE requirements, and equipment-handling procedures.

The Warehouse Operations Associate is responsible for performing day‑to‑day warehouse activities including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, inventory movement, and general material handling. This role is cross‑trained across core warehouse functions to support operational efficiency, order accuracy, and timely fulfillment.

This position plays a key role in maintaining product integrity, accurate documentation, and compliance with COMPANY'S Quality Management System (QMS), ISO 13485 requirements, and applicable operational procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Warehouse Operations
  • Perform order picking using ERP‑generated pick lists with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Pack and prepare customer orders according to COMPANY packaging, labeling, and documentation requirements.
  • Process outbound shipments using approved carriers and systems (UPS, FedEx, etc.).

Authority

The Warehouse Operations Associate has authority to:

  • Perform warehouse tasks assigned.
  • Identify and report damaged or nonconforming materials.
  • Escalate operational issues, discrepancies, or safety concerns to the Warehouse Operations Manager or designated lead.

(No supervisory or workflow‑direction authority.)

Documentation & Recordkeeping Responsibilities
  • Complete ERP transactions for picking, shipping, receiving, and inventory movement.
  • Maintain accurate receiving logs, shipping records, and discrepancy reports.
  • Ensure all documentation is legible, complete, and compliant with QMS requirements.
