Job summary

Lakeshirts, inc. is seeking a Warehouse Stocker to unload and receive truck shipments, stock shelves and perform cycle counts of garments for production teams. The role is 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, at Lakeshirts’ Minnesota facility.

Typical duties include pulling orders for production, weighing and counting to verify garments, padding prints, and cycle counting. You will lift 30–50 lbs and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Able to count accurately and verify garments by weight and count.
• Able to lift 30–50 lbs continuously.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Pull garment orders for production teams and verify correct items.
• Cycle count garments and maintain organized shelves.
• Receive truck shipments and unload inventory.
• Stock shelves from shipments and keep aisles clean and safe.
• Follow 6S principles for organization and safety.
• Operate a communication device to deliver items to production as needed.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Under the direct supervision of the Inventory Supervisor, the Warehouse Stocker position is responsible for unloading and receiving truck shipments, stocking shelves and performing scheduled cycle counting of warehouse, pulling garment orders for production teams.

M - F, 8am-4pm

A Typical Day (job functions):

• Pulls orders of garments for production teams
• Verifies correct garment, color and sizes pulled by weighing/counting garments
• Pad prints garments
• Cycle counting of garments
• Receives truck shipments (loading and unloading of inventory)
• Stock shelves from truck shipments or from pallet rack (lifting boxes up to 50 lbs.)
• Maintains aisles: clear, cleaned & organized racks
• Follows the 6S: Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain & Safety
• Uses communication device (rotating schedule) to deliver necessary garment(s) to production as needed
• Assists in loading and unloading inventory as needed
• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs continuously
• Other duties as assigned, including special projects
