Job summary

Lakeshirts, inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to unload and receive truck shipments, stock shelves, and perform cycle counts for garment orders. The role requires independence, ability to operate a forklift, and a motivated mindset to keep pace in a busy facility.

Schedule includes nights 4pm–2am (Mon-Thu) and days 8am–4pm (Mon-Fri); pay range is $18-$20 per hour. Lakeshirts offers daily pay options, comprehensive benefits, a 401(k), and profit sharing in a creative, team-driven culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Accurate counting and order form understanding required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be self-directed and self-motivated.
• MS Office (Excel, Word) proficiency mentioned.

Responsibilities

• Pull orders of garments for production teams.
• Verify garment, color and size by weighing/counting.
• Pad prints garments.
• Cycle count garments and receive truck shipments.
• Stock shelves; maintain clean, organized aisles.
• Follow 6S: Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety.
• Operate communication device for production deliveries.
• Assist loading/unloading inventory; lift 30–50 lbs.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Under the direct supervision of the Inventory Supervisor, the Warehouse Associate position is responsible for unloading and receiving truck shipments, stocking shelves and performing scheduled cycle counting of warehouse, pulling garment orders for production teams. Be able to work Independent, able to run forklifts, and self motivated.

SCHEDULE: Monday - Thursday, 4pm-2am (Nights)

Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm (Days)

PAY RANGE: $18-$20/hr

A Typical Day (job functions):

• Pulls orders of garments for production teams


• Verifies correct garment, color and sizes pulled by weighing/counting garments


• Pad prints garments


• Cycle counting of garments


• Receives truck shipments (loading and unloading of inventory)


• Stock shelves from truck shipments or from pallet rack (lifting boxes up to 50 lbs.)


• Maintains aisles: clear, cleaned & organized racks


• Follows the 6S: Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain & Safety


• Uses communication device (rotating schedule) to deliver necessary garment(s) to production as needed


• Assists in loading and unloading inventory as needed


• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs continuously


• Other duties as assigned, including special projects
