Job summary

Lakeshirts is seeking a Warehouse Associate to unload and receive truck shipments, stock shelves, and perform cycle counts. The role requires independence, the ability to operate a forklift, and lifting 30–50 lbs on a regular basis.

Typical day includes pulling garment orders for production teams, counting and verifying items, and supporting inventory accuracy with 6S practices. Shifts include nights 4pm-2am or days 8am-4pm; pay ranges $18-$20/hr.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods; lift 30–50 lbs repeatedly.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Accurate counting and order verification skills.
• Proficient with MS Office products (Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

Job description

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Under the direct supervision of the Inventory Supervisor, the Warehouse Associateposition is responsible for unloading and receiving truck shipments, stocking shelves and performing scheduled cycle counting of warehouse, pulling garment orders for production teams. Be able to work Independent, able to run forklifts, and self motivated.

SCHEDULE: Monday - Thursday, 4pm-2am (Nights)

Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm (Days)

PAY RANGE: $18-$20/hr

A Typical Day (job functions):

• Pulls orders of garments for production teams
• Verifies correct garment, color and sizes pulled by weighing/counting garments
• Pad prints garments
• Cycle counting of garments
• Receives truck shipments (loading and unloading of inventory)
• Stock shelves from truck shipments or from pallet rack (lifting boxes up to 50 lbs.)
• Maintains aisles: clear, cleaned & organized racks
• Follows the 6S: Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain & Safety
• Uses communication device (rotating schedule) to deliver necessary garment(s) to production as needed
• Assists in loading and unloading inventory as needed
• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs continuously
• Other duties as assigned, including special projects

• Accuracy is required; must understand order form and be able to count efficiently
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced work environment

• Ability to be on your feet 8-10 hrs a day
