Capstone is hiring at our Linwood, NC site for Warehouse Associates. The role supports loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling and other site duties in a fast-paced environment starting early mornings.

You will be paid weekly, with benefits after 60 days. Candidates should be high-energy, able to lift 25–75 lbs, and willing to train. Join our team to travel within sites and grow within the company.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of warehouse duties including loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing and housekeeping.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
