Job summary

Capstone is seeking Warehouse Associates in Dunn, NC for a 2nd shift that runs from 4pm until finish. The role involves a fast-paced, physically demanding environment with loading, unloading, picking, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, and housekeeping tasks as directed by site leadership.

You will lift 25-75 lbs and may use warehouse equipment; prior experience is preferred but training is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic; fast-paced and very physical.
• Lift and carry 25-75 lbs; materials vary.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight and assist with picking and packing tasks.
• Audit, sort, palletize, and repack; perform housekeeping duties.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
