Job summary

Timpte Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Associate for our brand new Lincoln Manufacturing Center in Lincoln, NE. This full-time role offers Mon-Fri, 6am-2:30pm shifts with strong earning potential and a total hourly cap of $27.40 including performance bonuses.

Starting pay ranges from $22.00 per hour with DOE, plus annual bonus potential up to $5,000. Join a team that values craftsmanship and long-term career growth at a state-of-the-art facility.

Qualifications

• Must possess High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be able to navigate a warehouse management system.
• Able to be forklift certified within 14 days of hire.
• Must maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.

Responsibilities

• Move freight, stock and other materials and track numbers of units handled or moved.
• Pick and Pack materials in accordance with SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Record number of units handled or moved, using daily production sheets or work tickets.
• Stage finished service orders in correct staging lanes.
• Pick items correctly via pick ticket or other warehouse management devices.
• Package items for shipment to ensure damage is minimal.
• Meet specified metrics for daily shipments.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management or required by the position.

Education

We’re looking for a motivated, hardworking individual to join our team as a Warehouse Associate at our brand new, state-of-the-art Lincoln Manufacturing Center. This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of an exciting new facility!

Hours for the position are Monday-Friday, 6am-2:30pm.

Earn Up to $27.40 Per Hour

Starting Pay: $22.00 per hour + DOE
