FHI 360 in Hazleton, PA is hiring a 2nd shift warehouse associate to unload trailers, operate forklifts, and restack pallets in a fast-paced setting. Training is provided for forklift operation and safety.

The role offers weekly pay, full medical/dental/vision, 401(k) & PTO, with growth opportunities through training and promotions. Must lift 25–80 lbs and endure temperatures from -20°F to 110°F.

• Work in varied warehouse temperatures (-20°F to 110°F).

What You’ll Do:

• Safely unload tractor-trailers in a fast-paced warehouse setting
• Operate forklifts & powered pallet jacks (training provided)
• Break down and restack pallets
• Handle freight weighing 25–80 lbs throughout the shift
• Work in varied warehouse temperatures (from -20°F to 110°F)

Work Conditions:

Lift, walk, bend, twist, reach, push, and squat throughout shift

• Handle 25–80 lb cases; move 50–200+ pallets daily
• Work in temperatures from -20°F to 110°F
• Must be able to hear and respond to speech, alarms, and safety alerts in moderate to loud environments

What We’re Looking For:

• 2nd Shift: 4 PM - Until Complete

• 5 day workweek, Sunday - Friday, subjected to changed depending on the volume and demand of the warehouse needs

• Warehouse experience preferred (order picking, forklift, etc.) but not required

• Able to lift, walk, bend, and twist most of the workday

• Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude

• Reliable and willing to work scheduled shifts
