Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Associate, your duties will include:

1. Receiving and verifying incoming materials, maintaining stock areas, preparing sales orders, picking up and delivering orders, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
2. Working from a daily schedule, work orders, and instructions.
3. Using equipment such as motor trucks, hand and mobile lift equipment, and simple hand and power tools.
4. Operating company vehicles for pickups and deliveries, planning efficient routes.
5. Assisting with counter and telephone sales, order pulling, and customer calls as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1+ years of proven customer service and warehouse experience, preferably in a distribution or parts counter environment.
• Basic computer skills, accurate data entry, math and mechanical aptitude, and basic reading skills.
• Excellent command of English grammar, both written and verbal.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, and lift 50 lbs. or more.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of industrial distribution products.
• Previous warehouse experience.
