Warehouse Associate - 2nd Shift (4 days/10 Hours)

Job Details

Utilizing documented process flows, the Warehouse Associate may be assigned to:

  • Receive inbound product, move product to designated stock locations, replenish pick slots, fulfill outbound orders, or other related tasks.

Essential Functions

  • Unload inbound containers.
  • Receive and label products using Warehouse Management System (WMS) and handheld RF equipment.
  • Move products safely and accurately within the warehouse.
  • Follow RF or voice-directed picking instructions.
  • Participate in physical inventory counts.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  • Report any breakage or safety hazards immediately.
  • Meet productivity and quality standards.
  • Adhere to safety policies and communicate hazards.
  • Arrive on time for work and scheduled meetings.
  • Complete ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Working Conditions

  • Warehouse environment with possible noise, temperature, and weather extremes.

Equipment Used

  • Pallet jack, forklift, cherry picker, reach truck, RF device, voice pick system, and standard office equipment.

Physical Requirements

  • Manual dexterity, visual acuity, reaching, bending, sitting, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to obtain forklift certification within 6 months (preferred: certified forklift operator).
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work extended hours and during holidays as required.
