Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in La Puente, CA to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team to receive, store, and dispatch goods efficiently.

You will maintain inventory accuracy, enforce safety procedures, and drive performance through coaching and KPI monitoring. This role is on-site with potential weekend shifts and a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics, with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
