Job summary

Covestic Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Logistics Associate to support day-to-day operations at our Kent, WA facility. This onsite role involves receiving, processing, organizing, and preparing equipment and materials for redeployment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1–2 years of warehouse/logistics/inventory support experience is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a busy environment.
  • Ability to learn and follow inventory processes and procedures.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, scan, and record incoming shipments.
  • Unpack, sort, and prepare items for storage or redeployment.
  • Clean, organize, and prepare equipment for shipment or reuse.
  • Package and label items for outbound shipping, returns, or storage.
  • Pick, stow, and stage orders to support daily operations.
  • Perform inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
  • Identify and report discrepancies in inventory records.
  • Support order fulfillment, including bulk or special requests.
  • Assist with warehouse organization, stocking, and occasional project work.
  • Meet baseline performance and accuracy standards while following safety protocols.

This is a temporary, 12-month position

Warehouse Logistics Associate (Onsite – Kent, WA)

We are hiring Warehouse Logistics Associates to support day-to-day operations at our Kent facility. This role plays a key part in ensuring that equipment and materials are received, processed, organized, and prepared for redeployment. Successful candidates will be detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

This is an onsite role with opportunities to grow and contribute to a team that values accuracy, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, scan, and record incoming shipments from mailroom or service centers.
  • Unpack, sort, and prepare items for storage or redeployment.
  • Clean, organize, and prepare equipment for shipment or reuse.
  • Package and label items for outbound shipping, returns, or storage.
  • Pick, stow, and stage orders to support daily operations.
  • Perform inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
  • Identify and report any discrepancies in inventory records.
  • Support order fulfillment, including bulk or special requests.
  • Assist with warehouse organization, stocking, and occasional project work.

Work Environment
  • This position is performed onsite at our Kent and Renton warehouse facilities.
  • The warehouse environment includes concrete floors, moderate noise, and varying temperatures depending on the season.
  • Employees may be exposed to dust, packaging, and shipping materials during daily tasks.
  • All employees are expected to follow safety protocols and use PPE when required.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
  • Regularly lift, carry, or move items weighing up to 25 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance.
  • Frequent bending, reaching, and handling of equipment and packages.
  • Ability to safely operate carts, pallet jacks, and related warehouse equipment.
