Your missions :

Job Summary and Purpose :

The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for the accurate and timely execution of activities such as cycle counting, general maintenance, receiving, put away, picking, staging, and shipment of orders within a GMP regulated environment.

Responsibilities and Key Duties :

1. Receiving
2. Unloading : Unload trailers, verify items, lots, and quantities, document damages or discrepancies with signatures.
3. Receiving : Complete receiving forms, document correct items, lots, and quantities, note shortages or damages.
4. Put Away : After Quality disposition, move pallets to designated locations, document details for inventory management.

Order Processing :

1. Order Picking : Locate, verify, and pull correct items, resolve discrepancies with supervisor.
2. Staging Orders : Verify items, stages pallets, applies labels, packages small parcels.
3. Shipping : Complete ship confirmation, print delivery notes, load trailers, schedule pickups.

Cleaning / Organizing the Warehouse :

Assist in cleaning, sweeping, and organizing the warehouse.

Additional Responsibilities :

Assist in cycle counting and other tasks as assigned.

Technical / Functional Competencies :

Knowledge of customer issues, transportation, warehousing processes, quality, regulatory affairs, GMP, and finance guidelines.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or GED, 1+ year related experience.
• Experience in GMP environment preferred, forklift certification, familiarity with inventory systems (JDE).

Physical Requirements :

• Read, write, communicate in English.
• Visual inspection, repetitive squatting, bending, twisting, standing, lifting up to 60 pounds.

Working Conditions :

Willing to work in a temperature-controlled cGMP warehouse.
