Job summary

Kimbel Mechanical Systems, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support receiving, stocking, and pulling material, plus loading/unloading trucks and assisting field teams. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and efficient warehouse operations in a distributed environment.

A strong team mindset and reliable work ethic are essential. Qualifications include 2+ years in a warehouse, high school diploma, basic computer skills, and the ability to pass drug and DOT screenings.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will fulfill the logistics behind receiving, processing, and storing inventory according to purchase orders and warehouse policy. You will also ensure that shipping schedules are met with attention to detail to ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities:

Core Physical Requirements

• Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry heavy objects, typically up to 50–75 lbs independently
• Mobility and Agility: Capacity to perform physically demanding tasks such as climbing ladders, crawling into tight spaces (like crawlspaces or attics), and kneeling or crouching for extended periods
• Manual Dexterity: Strong hand-eye coordination and the ability to handle small tools and components with precision
• Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for the duration of an 8–12 hour shift, often in varying weather conditions or non-climate-controlled environments
