Job Duties
- Receive, inspect, count, and accurately register incoming packages and inventory.
- Operate manual and electric pallet jacks to safely transport materials throughout the warehouse.
- Sort, organize, and stock products on racks, shelves, and designated storage locations.
- Pick, prepare, and stage orders according to work instructions and customer requirements.
- Ensure order accuracy and meet established productivity and shipping deadlines.
- Perform basic data entry and update inventory records using warehouse management systems and computer applications.
- Package products for shipment and accurately apply shipping labels.
- Load, unload, and move materials while following all safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to support efficient warehouse operations.
- Assist with inventory counts, audits, and other warehouse projects as assigned.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
- Ability to safely perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately identify products, labels, and shipping documentation.
- Ability to use pallet jacks, hand trucks, RF scanners, or other warehouse equipment as required.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments.
- Commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and dependable attendance.
- need to have 6 months or more of warehouse or distribution experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred.
- Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset.
- Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Associate.
- 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
- Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment is a plus.
- Inventory management experience..
- Shipping and receiving experience.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
- Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.
