Job Duties

• Receive, stock, and organize inventory within warehouse storage locations.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to shipping requirements.
• Verify product information, quantities, labels, and shipping documentation for accuracy.
• Process outgoing shipments and assist with receiving inbound deliveries.
• Load and unload freight, materials, and warehouse inventory as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through RF scanners, warehouse systems, and cycle counts.
• Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment as required.
• Assist with inventory control activities and warehouse organization.
• Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and warehouse operating standards.
• Support general warehouse and distribution operations as assigned.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet productivity and shipping goals.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse, inventory, shipping, receiving, or distribution environment preferred.
• Ability to safely perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately identify products, labels, and shipping documentation.
• Ability to use pallet jacks, hand trucks, RF scanners, or other warehouse equipment as required.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments.
• Commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and dependable attendance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
• Experience with FedEx, UPS, shipping software, inventory procedures, or warehouse management systems is beneficial.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Associate.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.
• Ability to work in warehouse environments, including ambient, refrigerated, or temperature-controlled areas as needed
