Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship orders according to client and ALOM specifications
• Verify order accuracy, quantities, and condition prior to shipment
• Label, stage, and prepare shipments for domestic and international delivery
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counts as required
• Follow established quality control, safety, and compliance procedures
• Report discrepancies, damaged goods, or inventory issues to supervisors
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Meet daily productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time goals
• Support special projects, kitting, and assembly tasks as assigned

BESTAFF is seeking a Fulfillment Associate. The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for accurately processing, packing, and shipping materials in support of client programs. This role ensures timely order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and adherence to quality and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities
