Job summary

Lansing Building Products in Hyannis, MA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to greet customers, pick tickets, and load/unload trucks. You will use handheld RF scanners to move, track, and manage products in TWL and verify orders for accuracy.

This role requires lifting up to 70 pounds, working primarily Monday through Friday with limited weekends, and maintaining a clean, safe warehouse. We offer comprehensive benefits, a 401(k) match, tuition reimbursement, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse or material-handling experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move building materials up to 70 lbs.
• Familiarity with warehouse safety and order accuracy.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

• Prior material-handling or warehouse experience (preferred)
• High integrity and high energy
• Experience in building products as well as previous warehouse experience is strongly desired
• Ability to work in a team and/or one-on-one with our customers
• Ability and willingness to lift boxes and building materials weighing as much as 70+ lbs
• Experience with a forklift is a plus
• Ability to work successfully under the pressure of deadlines and to accept new ways of doing business

A Warehouse Associate's day usually begins around 7:00 AM -- sometimes earlier -- and ends at approximately 4:30 PM -- Monday through Friday, generally no weekend work (hours may vary by location)
