Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Warehouse Operations team member in Hudson, WI. You will receive and fulfill orders, perform quality checks, and prepare shipments in a fast-paced environment. Cross-training across zones and maintaining a clean, safe workspace are expected.

Training is provided from day one; roles may include operating equipment like forklifts. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work overtime as needed. Basic English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Open to candidates with little to no warehouse experience.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• All training is provided starting your first day.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort with heights of 20–30 ft regularly.
• Able to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for the shift.
• Overtime flexibility required.
• Experience with computers or POS systems is a plus.
• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Basic proficiency in English to read and write documents.

Responsibilities

• Follow established process to fulfill orders.
• Accurately pick products, perform quality control checks, pack products, and prepare shipments.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control to maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Willingness to train and obtain certification to drive material handling equipment.

Shift: Sunday through Thursday from 7:00 pm to 3:30 am (or until task complete)What Warehouse Operations contributes to Cardinal HealthWarehouse Operations ensures an uninterrupted flow of life saving drugs through the pharmaceutical supply chain. We are responsible for performing a combination of crucial tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of sensitive product. Our efforts directly contribute to hospitals' and pharmacies’ ability to administer essential pharmaceutical products to the patients who need them the most.No matter what you do at Cardinal Health, you make a difference.Our warehouse team members make it all happen. You will receive and fulfill orders so our customers can have the products they need to take care of their patients.ResponsibilitiesFollow established process to fulfill orders.
