Imperial Brady is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our growing team in Houston, TX. You will handle receiving, storing, selecting, and loading products, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment of orders.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 1 year in warehousing, or be entry level with a strong work ethic. A High School Diploma or GED is required. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform job duties that involve standing, walking, and repetitive movements.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process warehouse stock products
• Select and prepare customer orders to ensure complete fulfillment
• Check all incoming/outgoing orders for accuracy
• Ensure accurate receipt and documentation for inbound product
• Convey products from receiving to storage or designated areas
• Place items on racks, shelves, or bins
• Rotate stock to keep oldest stock accessible for picking
• Read pick tickets and assemble customer orders from stock
• Record information to track activities
• Load trailers with merchandise scheduled to be shipped
• Perform additional duties or projects as assigned

Responsibilities Include

• Receive and process warehouse stock products


• Select and prepare customer orders in a manner that ensures complete fulfillment of each customer order


• Check all incoming and outgoing orders for accuracy


• Ensure accurate receipt and documentation are included for inbound product


• Convey products and materials from receiving areas to storage or other designated areas


• Places items on racks, shelves, or bins according to predetermined slot assignments


• Rotate stock to enable the oldest stock to be most accessible for picking


• Able to read pick tickets (or on-screen display, etc.), assemble customer orders form stock and place orders on pallets


• Record information as directed to track all activities


• Perform tasks in a manner consistent with the zero errors policy of the company


• Load trailers with merchandise scheduled to be shipped


• Additional duties or special projects as assigned.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse and/or training is preferred, but open to entry level candidates .


• High School Diploma or GED


• Physical Requirements: Employee is regularly required to reach with hands and arms, stand, walk, and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move objects up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and /or move objects up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perceptions, and ability to adjust focus.
