Job summary

BradyPLUS is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Fresno to handle receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and inventory management. You will support daily warehouse operations while upholding safety, quality, and customer service standards.

The ideal candidate mixes hands-on warehousing with basic computer and data-entry tasks, and may hold forklift certification or obtain it on hire. This full-time role requires physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work OT as needed.

Qualifications

• Warehouse/logistics or inventory experience preferred; entry level considered.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift certification preferred or able to obtain on hire.
• Operate pallet jacks, pickers, or scrubbers.
• Basic computer skills for warehouse management systems and scanners.
• Basic math for inventory counts and measurements.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, overtime as needed.
• Physical: lift/carry/move up to 50 lbs; walk, climb, kneel, stoop, balance.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with team members and management, attend department meetings, and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Abide by all safety and compliance protocols, ensuring a safe work environment.
• Take personal ownership of all customer needs with speed and urgency.
• Additional duties as assigned.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Previous warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience preferred; however, entry level candidates are welcome to apply
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior forklift certification preferred, or ability to obtain upon hire
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, pickers, or scrubbers
• Basic computer skills to operate warehouse management systems, tools such as scanners, and data entry tasks
• Basic math skills to manage inventory counts and measurements (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines and work overtime as needed
• Physical Requirements : Ability to lift, carry and move up to 50 lbs and walk, climb, kneel, stoop, and balance frequently

Compensation & Benefits

The pay range for this role is $18.00- $23.00 per hour. This range represents what the company reasonably expects to pay an associate for this role based on current market data, internal equity, and other business factors. The actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations.
