JOB SUMMARY:
Thispositionisresponsible forfully stocking the production line, as well as picking, pulling, and shipping all orders.You will uphold the company’s integrity and quality standards when manufacturing finished products and will always take care of the customer.

Key Responsibilities (includes but is not limited to)
- Organizing the warehouse based on production needs.
- Verifying and receiving all raw materials on inbound freight carriers (MRP system.)
- Assistin managing andmaintainingthe stamp inventory system and controls.
- Assistin managing andmaintainingsample requestsystemand controls.
- Ensuring any visibledamages arenoted on the bill of lading (BOL) paperwork when receiving anything from a carrier.
- Pulling necessary raw materials to stock the production floor with the necessary materials needed to manufacture the daily production.
- Processing customer orders (pick slips) from our Customer Experience Department, stage orders on pallets, verifying orders for accuracy, and shrink wrap for outbound shipment.
- Take weight, measure height, width, and case count information per pallet, and email information to the Customer Experience Department.
- Adhere PRO stickers and all other shipping documentation to the wrapped pallets for outbound shipment.
- Maintaining FIFO and rotation finished goods inventory.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and safe.
- Assistwith pipe tobacco production asscheduledemands.
- Assistwith weekly and monthly inventory and tracking of finished goods, tax-paidarea, and raw materials.
- Reporting inventory discrepancies and damages to the Warehouse Manager or Supervisor.
- Ensuring all damages from incoming returns are accounted for, verified, photographedas necessary, and detailed information is passed along to the Customer Experience Department.
- Maintain all forklifts and equipment assigned to the warehouse department in good condition.
- Aid with preparing large and complex shipments to various tradeshows;ensuring quality to the end destination.
- Receive inventory into the ACCPAC system in the absence of the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Receive/verify cash receipts.
- Coordinate and deliver local orders to stores and/or where required.
- Ensure preventive maintenance on all vehicles (vanandcube).
- In light ofour customer needs, we may change or alter some of the responsibilities of a positionin order toaccommodate our business needs.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previouswarehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability tooperateforklifts and warehouse equipment safely.
- Basic computer and inventory system skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to workplace safety, cleanliness, and teamwork.
- Flexibility to performadditionalduties as business needs require
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working within Native American territoriesor Tribal communities.
- Preferred one-year relatedexperience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Preferred forklift experience.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Ability toanticipateand solve problems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Proficient with data entry and inventory software and systems
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, climb, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to safelyoperatewarehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and related material-handling equipment, as assigned and authorized.
- Work is performed in a warehouse and manufacturing environment with exposure to moving equipment, varying temperatures, dust, tobacco materials, and moderate noise levels.
- Must follow all safety procedures, use required personal protective equipment, andmaintaina clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while meeting production and shipping deadlines.
