Job Summary
The Warehouse Associateis responsible forsupporting warehouse and fulfillment operations by accurately receiving finished goods,maintaininginventory controls,pickingand staging customer orders, preparing outbound shipments, and helping ensure products are shipped on time and without warehouse-related errors.

Primary Responsibilities (includes but is not limited to)
- Organize andmaintainthe warehouse based on operational and business needs.
- Pick, pull, stage, verify, shrink wrap, and prepare customer orders for outbound shipment.
- Receive inbound finished goods using the MRP system and verify freight for accuracy and condition.
- Document visible damages on bill of lading paperwork and communicate discrepancies or damages to the Fulfillment Manager.
- Measure and record pallet weight, height, width, and case count information and provide shipment details to the Customer Experience Department.
- Apply PRO stickers and required shipping documentation to wrapped pallets for outbound shipment.
- Maintain FIFO rotation andaccuratetracking of finished goods inventory and stamps.
- Assistwith daily, weekly, and monthly inventory processes, including counts, tracking, and reconciliation support.
- Assistwith managing andmaintainingstamp inventory controls.
- Process incoming returns by accounting for damages, verifying details, photographing items when necessary, and communicating information to the Customer Experience Department.
- Maintain forklifts, vehicles, and other warehouse equipment in good operatingconditionand follow all safety expectations.
- Support preparation of large or complex shipments, including trade show shipments, to help ensure product quality through delivery.
- Coordinate and deliver local orders to stores or other required destinations.
- Ensure the work area remains clean, organized, and safeat all times.
Minimum Qualifications
- Oneyear of related warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, receiving, inventory, or manufacturing experiencepreferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, employees, vendors, drivers, and supervisors.
- Ability to use basic math, measurements, and inventory-related calculations to support shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations.
- Computerproficiency, including the ability to use inventory systems, production operating systems, Microsoft Office or equivalent programs, and learn new software quickly.
- Strong teamwork, organizational, problem-solving, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to meet shipping deadlines, accurately pick, stage, verify, and prepare orders,and follow established warehouse procedures and safety expectations.
- Ability tomaintainaccurateinventory records and support inventory controls with minimal avoidable discrepancies or adjustments.
- Ability to follow forklift safety practices, equipment safety expectations, and warehouse traffic procedures when trained or authorized.
- Ability tomaintainprofessional working relationships with vendors, carriers, drivers, customers, supervisors, and internal departments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Forklift experience or forklift certification is preferred.
- Experience with MRP systems, inventory software, shipping documentation, or warehouse management systems is preferred.
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
- Regularly stand and walk for extended periods while performing warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and inventory duties.
- Frequently bend, reach, stoop, crouch, push, pull, carry, grasp, and handle materials, products, pallets, tools, and warehouse supplies.
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds at times, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- May berequiredto reach overhead or below shoulder level while picking, staging, wrapping, loading, unloading, or organizing products.
- Must be able to safelyoperateor work near warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, and pallet-moving equipment when trained or authorized.
- Must be able tomaintainawareness of warehouse traffic, freight movement, equipment activity, and safety requirements in a fast-paced work environment.
- Work may occur in a warehouse or manufacturing environment where noise, temperature changes, moving equipment, and freight activity are present.
