Job summary

NSK America Corp in Hoffman Estates, IL is seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate to support receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management. The role collaborates with Customer Service and Technician teams to ensure accurate orders and smooth warehouse operations.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of warehousing experience, RF scanning proficiency, and can lift up to 50 pounds while standing for extended periods. Medical/Dental warehouse experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2 years minimum relevant warehousing experience.
• RF scanning experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and work on your feet for long periods.
• Experience in Medical/Dental warehouse environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process, package and ship orders accurately.
• Organize stocks and maintain inventory.
• Inspect products for defects and damages.
• Examine ingoing and outgoing shipments.
• Organize and clean warehouse space daily.
• Receive inbound shipments and repairs.
• Abide by all safety expectations.
• Contribute ideas to improve warehousing procedures.
• Process returned merchandise.
• Log inventory data electronically.
• Work cross-functionally with Customer Service and Technician teams.

Salary Range: $21.00 To $24.00 Hourly

Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Warehouse Associate to join our team! Located in Hoffman Estates, we are hoping to find someone who possesses experience in all facets of Warehouse Operations. An ideal candidate has knowledge in receipt, pick-pack-ship, inventory management, problem-solving, and RF scanning experience. This position works closely with the Customer Service and Technician Departments to deliver exceptional customer experience.
