Hercules SLR Inc. in Dartmouth, NS is seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate to join Hercules Crane & Lifting Supplies. You will coordinate shipping activities, prepare orders, support inventory accuracy, and help keep the warehouse safe and efficient.

We value reliability, organization and a hands-on approach. No extensive warehouse experience required; legal entitlement to work in Canada is necessary. Training and growth opportunities are available within a national organization.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize daily shipping activities based on order requirements and delivery dates.
• Prepare, package, and coordinate outgoing shipments with transport companies.
• Ensure orders and branch transfers are accurate, securely packaged, and ready for shipment.
• Complete and verify required shipping documentation.
• Perform QA checks on outgoing orders.
• Track shipments and follow up as needed.
• Maintain an organized shipping area, inventory, and equipment.
• Support Front Counter Retail Sales and assist walk-in customers when needed.
• Provide support to Production Team as required.
• Communicate supply, equipment, maintenance, and training needs to Branch Manager.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and safety-focused work environment.

We are looking for a full time Warehouse Associate for our Hercules Crane & Lifting Supplies branch in our Dartmouth, NS location.You’ll play an important role in coordinating shipping activities, preparing customer orders, supporting inventory accuracy, and helping keep our warehouse running safely and efficiently.If you’re looking for a stable Monday-to-Friday schedule and an opportunity to learn and grow in an industrial environment, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when preparing and checking orders.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage changing priorities.
• Customer‑focused and comfortable assisting customers when required.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
• Legally entitled to work in Canada.

Previous warehouse, customer service, or forklift experience is considered an asset.
