Summary

This position is primarily responsible for shipping all online orders, assisting with replenishment throughout the warehouse, and pulling transfers for the various store fronts.

Responsibilities
  • Fill all orders according to operating and compliance standards.
  • Ensure orders and products are processed, packaged, and shipped accurately for the destination state/jurisdiction.
  • Verify each order contains all correct items listed on the packing list and paperwork provided.
  • Replenish incoming product into proper warehouse locations.
  • Pull transfers as directed by transfer requests.
  • Organize backstock and fully depleted picking locations.
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas.
  • Maintain and organize adequate shipping supplies.
  • Arrive on time, ready for the workday.
  • Apply product knowledge to assist customers and team members.
  • Contribute positively to the team environment.
  • Pay attention to detail and multitask efficiently.
  • Assist with the training of new team members.

  • Computer skills – above‑average proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, point‑of‑sale systems, and internet software.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 10 lbs regularly and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
