Job summary

Allegion in Greenfield, IN is seeking a warehouse professional to administer and operate our warehouses, handling processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials and equipment.

You will manage receipt, storage and shipment, coordinate shipping schedules, monitor space utilization, and ensure procedures are followed to protect facilities and assets. Attention to accuracy, safety compliance, and timely reporting is essential to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage inventory.

Responsibilities

• Administers and operates the organization's warehouses, including processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials and equipment.
• Audits goods received into warehouse and ensures accurate inventory records.
• Oversees receipt, storage and shipment of materials, and related reporting in accordance with procedures.
• Prepares and coordinates schedules for shipping and receiving materials to control the flow of goods and regulate warehouse space.
• Ensures effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization, and protection of facilities and equipment.
