Job summary

Interflex Datensysteme GesmbH is seeking a Frontline Leader in Indianapolis, IN to oversee a production team on-site. The ideal candidate will lead and support operations while ensuring quality standards are met and promoting safety in the workplace.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED and two years of relevant experience. Candidates should have prior team leadership experience and a commitment to workplace safety and productivity. Comprehensive medical and dental insurance plans, paid time off, and a 401(k) program are offered.

What You Will Do

• Lead a production team on-site, offering guidance and support during manufacturing, processing, operating, packing, or unloading activities.
• Instruct team members in the proper use of safety equipment and emergency procedures.
• Hold responsibility for meeting quality assurance standards set by industry programs, such as ISO and Six Sigma.
• Maintain regular communication with interrelated departments—distribution and engineering— to plan and execute production goals efficiently.
• Encourage team effort, maintain a positive attitude, and foster support among teammates.

What You Need to Succeed

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two (2) years of experience in the relevant process area and working knowledge of area processes and job content.
• Prior experience leading teams.
• A high level of responsibility and commitment to the safety and productivity of the team.
