Capstone Logistics in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking energetic Warehouse Associates to perform loading, unloading, selecting, palletizing and related duties in a fast-paced facility.

You will lift 25–75 lbs, work a 5:30 AM shift Monday through Friday, with training provided and weekly pay. The company emphasizes a high-performance culture and opportunities for growth within the organization.

5:30AM until Finished Monday-Friday

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
