Job summary

Capstone is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Grand Rapids, MI to perform loading, unloading, selecting, palletizing, auditing, and other warehouse duties. The role is fast-paced, physically demanding, with shifts starting at 5:30 AM Monday through Friday.

Prior experience with Ride-on EPJ or dock stockers is preferred but training will be provided. Capstone emphasizes a high-performance culture, weekly pay, safety incentives, and opportunities to grow within the company.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
