Kelly Services is seeking a Warehouse Associate (Temp to Hire) in Grand Island, NE. You will operate a cherry picker, pick, pack, and stage materials for shipment, and use barcode scanners to manage inventory. This role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork in a standard Monday–Friday schedule.

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $18.75/hr

What’s a typical day as Warehouse Associate? You’ll be:

• Operating a cherry picker to access warehouse inventory (training provided; must not be afraid of heights)
• Picking, packing, and staging materials for shipment
• Using barcode scanners for efficient inventory management
• Following safety and quality control protocols at all times
• Assisting in receiving and shipping operations within the warehouse
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Can lift up to 50 lbs repetitively and stand for extended periods during your shift
• Are comfortable working at heights (cherry picker operation required)
• Have prior experience using barcode scanners and inventory systems (preferred)
• Bring solid warehouse and distribution experience to the role
• Possess a high school diploma or GED (required)
• Are open to working in a hands-on warehouse environment
• Have a strong attendance record in previous jobs
• Have experience in warehouse shipping or receiving (a strong plus)
