Job summary

Bisco Industries, Inc. in Glendale Heights, IL is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join a growing team. You will perform cycle counting, shipping/receiving, and inbound/outbound processing in a hands-on environment.

The role offers an hourly wage of $19.56–$24.00 with 40 hours weekly, plus benefits, PTO, holidays, 401(k) matching, tuition reimbursement, and opportunities for advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• US citizen or Permanent Resident
• 1-3 years of warehouse experience in shipping and receiving preferred
• Proficient in order fulfillment processes
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Willingness to ask questions to ensure accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure with accountability
• Able to work independently and as a team

Responsibilities

• Cycle counting and inventory control

• Forklift operations (not mandatory)

• Shelf assembly as needed
• Lift up to 50 lbs frequently

• Various warehouse responsibilities as assigned

Responsibilities

• Cycle Counting / Inventory Control
• Quality Inspection / Dimensional Inspection
• Forklift Operations (a plus but not mandatory)
