Job summary

Bisco Industries, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Associate to join our facilities across the United States. You will perform cycle counting, quality inspections, inbound/outbound shipping, and general warehouse duties in a fast-paced environment.

We offer competitive hourly pay, a bonus program, PTO, health/dental/vision insurance, a 401k with company match, tuition reimbursement, and opportunities for advancement. This is an in-person, full-time role requiring 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• You must be a US citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Shipping & receiving – on a frequent basis.
• Must be able to stand 8-9 hours a day.
• 1-3 years of warehouse experience in shipping and receiving is preferred.
• Proficient in order fulfillment processes.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Willingness to ask questions to ensure accuracy.
• Sense of urgency and accountability.
• Excellent work ethic with a sense of pride in the work you produce.
• Desire to get the job done right the first time.
• Able to work independently and has a Team-Player mentality.
• Familiar with AS9100 requirements is desirable.

Responsibilities

Salary: $19.56-24.00 per hour
